GUEST ROOM RATES

Group Room Rates are $89.00 per room, per night, 1-2 people, for standard rooms.  The applicable taxes are currently 6% state and 5% resort tax on this room rate.  Upgrade to a Jr. Suite is $10.00 additional per night, based upon availability. There is an additional $10.00 per person charge for the 3rd and 4th person in the room.

NET RATES

The above rates are net, non-commissionable and are subject to 11% tax.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE

The Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place charges a $50.00 early checkout fee to any guest who checks out of the hotel before his or her stated departure date.  At the time of check-in, each guest will have the opportunity to change his or her departure date, if necessary, without penalty.

RESERVATION CUTOFF/METHOD

All reservations must be received by 1/1/10. Individual reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival. A cancellation number will be given and must be provided for obtaining a refund of deposit.

Individual Calls – Your attendees may call the Hotel directly for reservation. It is necessary that the caller identify the

Snyder/ Creque  Reception name at the time of making their reservation in order to receive your special group rate.  Your attendees may call 800-437-8010 to make their reservations.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES

Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, subject to availability, and checkout time is 12:00 Noon.  All requests for an early check-in or late departure will be handled on an individual basis based on availability, and may be subject to a charge.
